I am not a daily smoothie drinker but every once in a while I just crave something cold and refreshing and to me that just screams smoothie. When I do make a smoothie I always want it to have some sort of “green” component for an extra boost of nutrients and I love adding a scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen. This smoothie is a combo of all my favorites, peach, banana and pineapple!
- ½ peach, frozen
- ½ banana, frozen
- 1 cup diced pineapple, frozen
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop collagen
- Place everything in a blender or Nutribullet.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
